Athletes and Coaches alike value spending time working on their Weightlifting technique. We are pleased to Coach and have previously Coached almost every CrossFit gym owner or their employee Coaches, on the Gold Coast. These Coaches learn for themselves which improves their own training & the bonus is they can also take away all they have learned to pass onto their clients. Double win!

Linzey is an awesome Coach. The Club is a great facility and is filled with awesome athletes which makes training fun. The programming is spot on!

Memberships

The Club offers a range of Memberships to suit athletes chasing
technique work, strength building or full time training

ADULT MEMBERSHIPS

Adults aged 18 years and older have the option of choosing how many days per week they want to commit to training. Either to supplement their current training or chosen sport with 1-2 sessions per week, or train full time at the Club.

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS

Juniors aged 8-17 years can choose how many days per week they would like to train, the recommended being 1-3 sessions per week. The Club also offers Weightlifting Camp twice yearly, held at Tallebudgera Leisure Centre.
